Open Day FRC Randwijk

On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, the annual and very successful open day of FRC Randwijk will take place once again. FRC Randwijk looks forward to welcoming its supporters, sponsors, clients, and sector peers as in previous years. FRC Randwijk has also been active over the past year and is eager to share all developments with you.

On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, in addition to the annual exhibition, we will again organise an interesting programme.

Exhibition
Throughout the day, the exhibition can be visited. This year, the programme will differ from previous years. Visitors can choose which guided tours to follow, which also leaves more time to visit the exhibition. A large group of companies has already registered. Pome fruit guided tours
The programme has been redesigned this year. Visitors will no longer follow a fixed schedule, but can instead choose to participate in various guided tours of approximately 30 to 45 minutes. These tours will start every 15 to 30 minutes from the exhibition. Topics covered include: labour savings during harvest, pear scab, spraying technique, experiences with new pear varieties, 2D systems in apples, chemical thinning, and growth regulation using task maps.
The full programme, including all guided tours, will be shared with you at a later time.

Soft and stone fruit programme in the evening
In the evening, two guided tours will take place focusing on soft and stone fruit. These will specifically cover red currant, raspberry, and plum.

Practical information
– Visitors are welcome from 14:30
– The programme starts at 15:00
– Free catering will be available, including coffee, tea, and soft drinks
– Around 21:00, a networking reception will follow the programme
– Registration is not required this year
– Admission is free for supporters and sponsors
Are you not yet a supporter of FRC Randwijk? Then the entrance fee is €100. Of course, it is also possible to become a supporter on the day itself.
