FRC updates – november
After a harvest season lasting from June to November, the picking has finally come to an end. Compared to last year, we have achieved higher production. According to the records in Agromanager, we harvested a total of 8% more fruit. Without pickers, it would be impossible to harvest all that fruit and all the trials. Therefore, we concluded this season’s harvest with a tasting of a selection of varieties we harvested this year.

In addition, we have been busy vacuuming up the leaves in our organic pear plot. We do this to reduce scab pressure. Our intern Esmee bravely helped until the very last leaf was removed. If you are looking for a fun and versatile internship, you have come to the right place.
